Hey there! Guess what? Our CT Speed Dating event is where the action is! You can go on up to 15 dates in a single night. Talk about a whirlwind of opportunities to meet new people! Of course, before you get too excited, we do need to verify everyone’s age to ensure everything is above board.

Believe it or not, since we kicked things off back in 2003, we’ve witnessed over 85 married couples and counting! That’s right, our events have been the real deal when it comes to bringing people together. CT Singles events are still going strong.

Now, let me give you the lowdown on how our Speed Dating event works. We suggest arriving 15-30 minutes before the start time. This gives you a chance to settle in, order some food or drinks at the bar (minimum purchase of 2 items- non alcohol is ok), and get ready for an incredibly fun night. Trust me, showing up right when we’re about to begin might amp up those nerves a bit. So, getting there a tad early can be quite helpful.

Now, you might be wondering if it’ll feel awkward or uncomfortable. Well, think of it like jumping into a cold pool of water. At first, it might give you a little chill, but after a few minutes, you start to warm up and enjoy the experience. Our speed dating events work in a similar way. After a round or two, people start to relax, let loose, and have a blast getting to know other awesome singles.

So, here’s the deal on how we select people during our CT singles event. After each round, you’ll get a chance to mark your interest on a scorecard and even jot down some notes about the person you just met. Then, the ladies stay seated while the men move on to the next table. Once that round is done, you make your selection on your scorecard again.

At the end of the night, you’ll hand in your scorecard to the host. Don’t worry, we process the match results within 12 hours, sometimes even sooner. You’ll receive both mutual matches (where you both picked each other) and one-way matches (where you know someone was interested in you, giving you a second chance to reach out if you choose).
